Railway Telecommunications Design and Test is at the heart of the HCS portfolio with qualified Design and Test personnel. We also have a small team of highly skilled installers to provide small / specific telecoms installation support. Our installations team is capable of delivery cable jointing (Copper and Fibre), Maintenance, termination. Along side this our installation team cab deliver TMTH support and testers.

We also have personnel who specialise in station information & surveillance systems.
